New & Exciting News
We have some very exciting changes coming to Duet's Gallery. We have decided to take
customer service to a whole new level, never experienced before on the Eastern Shore.
Duet's Framing will now come to you. Our new pick up and delivery service will be available
7 days a week. Now you will be able to see how the framing will look in your home or office
before we frame your picture.
Unfortunately, to offer this service we will be closing our retail storefront. This has been a
long and hard decision to make. The request for in-home consultations has increased
dramatically in the last several months and it's very difficult to do both.
I realize that during this process we will lose a few customers but with this comes our ability
to really give each and every project our full attention. I believe this will greatly increase your
overall satisfaction. This service will be as simple for you as possible. All you will have to do
is call and request an in-home or in office consultation. In most cases I should be able to
come right out or, you can call ahead and preschedule an appointment. There will be no
price increases and no extra charges for single or combines orders over $50.00. As you
well know, most custom frames can easily run that amount.
